You've felt the practices work. Now you want the change to hold under pressure: at work, in your relationships, at 3am. That takes reps, support, and someone walking beside you. That's this.
Week by week
- Week 1: Your map and your baseline. Locate your patterns, set your daily reset, learn Discharge deeply.
- Week 2: Ground. Working with the racing mind, building the settle reflex into your mornings and evenings.
- Week 3: Tone and Restore. Sound, touch, and the vagus nerve. Plus the sleep protocol for 3am wakers.
- Week 4: Regulation in real life. Triggers, difficult conversations, co-regulation in your relationships.
- Week 5: Integration. Your personal protocol, written and practiced, plus how to keep widening the window for life.
