The concept

What regulation actually is

Regulation is not permanent calm. It is flexibility: the ability to rev up when life demands it, and to come back down when the moment has passed. Most of us get stuck in one gear. The work is learning the way back.

Your nervous system has a window where you cope, think, and connect. Stress pushes you above it (anxious, racing, loud) or drops you below it (numb, flat, far away). Chronic stress shrinks the window. Daily practice widens it. That, in one paragraph, is the whole method.

How we work

  1. Understand. A clear, simple map of your states. No jargon. You can't change what you can't see.
  2. Practice. Short, body-first practices: breath, sound, touch, movement. Five minutes a day beats one breakthrough.
  3. Repeat. The nervous system relearns safety through repetition, not intensity. We build the reps gently.

Most people feel a shift in the first sitting. Lasting change comes from daily reps over weeks.

Do I need equipment?

No. Your breath, your hands, a chair.
